Our Mission

Our mission is to support and advance the education of pupils at Hurworth Primary School.

We do this by developing strong relationships between school staff, parents, carers and others associated with the school. By bringing our school community together, we can raise funds and provide additional support for activities, facilities and equipment that enhance pupils’ education and school experience.

We bring together families, school staff, volunteers and supporters through fundraising and community activities.

We support projects and activities that enrich children’s experiences and provide opportunities beyond those available through normal school funding.

Our activities are guided by the charitable objectives of Friends of Hurworth Primary School and our commitment to benefiting pupils at the school.
